Make Use Of Waiting




While you're waiting for something to heat up or cook in the microwave, move around a bit. Pace back & forth or walk the perimeter of the room; dance or do some squats; try some wall push ups.

For those who may be crunched for time, especially when you're at work, it's a good way to fit in a little exercise and make good use of the 3 to 5 minutes spent waiting.

  • I know I look like a dork, but when people aren't looking I pace around the kitchen table at work while I wait for my lunch to cook. I can sometimes get in as much as 500 steps. Occasionally I get caught and get that "what are you doing weirdo" look. Oh well! - by BLOND1E
