So if you can handle 30mins of exercise... it'd be worth it to do the kick boxing like taebo or sparks kickboxing. Doing this just 1x a day for a week equals enough calories burned to =1lb of fat lost!

For every 25 grams of carbohydrates you eat, you burn 5 calories. For every 11 grams of fat you eat, you burn 5 calories. You burn 1 calorie for every gram of protein you eat. Sparkpeople does not factor in this when it calculates how many calories you need a day. I like to calculate this at the end of the day to know that i burnt more calories than i thought! 9
