I was never a plain water drinker but have found a solution that works for me. I have a 21oz glass and use it with each meal to get in the water; I also drink 8 oz before bed...Water solution....SOLVED!
The bathroom runs are ridiculous but when facing goals we all must do what must be done to get the job done

Having trouble getting in your 8 cups of water a day? Here's a quick tip: Find a 32oz waterbottle/re-usable cup and fill it all the way full. Try and challenge yourself to finish this first 32oz in 2hrs - there is your first 4 cups of water. Now repeat this again and your have 4 more cups.

HI I join in on this biggest loser challenge at my school and it's funny by just cutting out all carbohydrates and just eating vegetables and getting in the 16 cups of water how easy the weight comes off.208
I started out weighing 248 lbs and now the arrow goes down to 238 within 1 weeks so what does that say if I can do I know for a fact that you could too and it is very hard me to cut down on gooooooooooood eating bad habits.30
