I have a problem with drinking enough water during the day. The first two glasses are fine and then I cannot seem to swallow any more water. So I started to use a large jar which holds about 3 and a half cups, added green ice tea (weak) mix for flavouring , included some ice cubes AND a straw. Now I drink three cups at one sitting and am able to consume another 2 containers by the end of the day. emoticon This works well for me.

    I do almost the same thing, except that I add a splash of cranberry juice! The water doesn't taste so......watery, and it's a pretty color. For me also, I'll freeze my water bottles completely and take one walking. Drink the water as it melts in the summer heat!

    I never liked water either so I put my bottles of water in the freezer for about an hour or two. I then drink the water with the ice chips already in place for easier drinking. Sometimes adding lemon to the water also makes for consuming water easier.
