Patient advocacy groups on specific illnesses are a good place to start, as is the medline database or the Life Extension Agency.
Never stop learning! No matter what, keep on educating yourself. Learn yoga. Go to a museum and learn about the items there. Volunteer to read to the blind. Take mini-trips around your neighborhood and learn about new exciting places to see. This will keep you vital and young!
