Last night I was extremely tired but wanted to still do the treadmill so I told myself to at least to 10-15 minutes. When I got to 10, I told myself to do 15, then at 15, I said you can go to 20; at 20 I told myself I did it that long I can go another 5 more; then told myself to do 5 again. Helped

Sustainable weight loss is a matter of changing your lifestyle & eating habits. My secret is to not change everything at once. Start out with simple goals, like not eating sweets or drinking more water. After you tackle the first goal, set another one. But, keep them reasonable. This has worked very well for me and I just keep tackling small goals on my way to my big goal. Good luck!
