Hip Hop Abs




I started 13 days ago doing 30 minutes, then 30 minutes 2x a day now I do the cardio for 30 minutes and the hips Buns and Thighs for 25 minutes. I have lost 1.5 inches from my my waist, abdomen and hips. Not bad 4.5 inches in just 12 days. emoticon

    I like thinking in inches instead of lbs. It pushes me to focus on overall fitness and moving rather than on just the food I eat! I think about losing inches and I automatically think smaller cloths that fit well. Nice. Hip hop abs sounds kinda fun too! - by LAUGHINGMOM1
