I started 13 days ago doing 30 minutes, then 30 minutes 2x a day now I do the cardio for 30 minutes and the hips Buns and Thighs for 25 minutes. I have lost 1.5 inches from my my waist, abdomen and hips. Not bad 4.5 inches in just 12 days.

I had problems doing my Zumba, Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs workouts on carpet. The carpet inhibits some movements so I decided to buy a chairmat from the office supply store. It stays put, protects the carpet and has the right amount of slickness without being too slippery.
This DVD is by the creator of Hip Hop Abs but don't think it is only for the stomach. Recently I participated in a training session with some co-workers who purchased it. It was incredible and my entire body was drenched just from the warm-ups.
This series features several DVDs that target specific goals but still incorporate other body areas. For example the cardio DVD still incorporates upper, lower and core body exercises in it.
