just noticed another member mentioned whey powder...I've been drinking designer whey protein powder for about 7 months now..every morning i drink 4oz of water with one scoop designer whey protein powder (chocolate) and 2 tsp flaxseed oil...this works well for me..
also just last saturday started eating one third cup all bran buds with yogurt in the morning...let me tell you...i sure feel a lot better..

Have a good shower after your workout in the morning, use a body scrubber and scrub, gently of course. My skin is soft as anything, and it seems to release toxins. I reckon it also improves circulation, the only thing is that I need another cool shower afterwards as I perspire all over again.
