    I agree, using the nutrition tracker keeps me on track and helps me see what I need to work on with my diet.

    Tracking food has got to be the best weigh to maintain our weight. If I get slack my weight pretty soon creeps up on me. I lost 50 lbs a yr or so ago and in the past six mon. I had gained 11 back but am back on track writing in my food journal.
