On Tuesday nights my daughter, a friend from work and myself have Biggest Loser night. We start with a healthy dinner, then go into the exercise room and workout for an hour while watching The Biggest Loser. Great working out with friends and experimenting with new recipes.
I record my favorite shows with the dvr in my exercise room. 1 hour long program is about 40 minutes minus the commercials. I watch the shows while working out on my elliptical. Great way to kill two birds with one stone.
