Well - I play the piano, but I've been playing for over ten years - I think my body is long used to the movement by now. Granted - I'm proud of the muscle I've built in my arms, but I'm still pretty much sitting on my butt. Maybe I should pick up the drums or the cello - they definitely get a workout!

I downloaded music from all my favorite musicals and I dance and walk to my tunes. I love to sing along and groove to the music. I have everything from Sweeney Todd to Wizard of Oz and this even helps when I am cleaning. I belt out the songs and have fun with it. Best of luck everyone=]252
For the past three years I have ushered at a local theater that produces plays and has musical performances. I am able to see many fine shows with friends for free!
I have a music work out playlist. It plays all the songs, from my pop music phase, along with Broadway musicals. Songs, that I can sing along with while I am working out. That way, when I can't do the exercise on the tape I can dance to the music to keep moving.
