UPromise is a savings program where you get small amounts if money for purchasing specific items or services. The site SAYS it is money for college, but you can actually take out the money any time you want for any reason. You just send them a letter that says, "I want to withdraw my money."

MORE INFORMATION:
You do need to search the site a bit to find the address and instructions on where to send the request to withdraw your money, but to get free money, it's worth it! They want you to keep your money in their account, or open a 529, but if that is not what you want to do, just request your check!

    yes they will send you the money and you can use it for whatever you want, which is good since mine are all done with school!!
