I sometimes have trouble getting all my protein in so, instead of drinking plain water when I first wake up in the morning, I add whey protein powder to the water. I got the chocolate flavor and it seems to wake me up and get me moving... the brand I got is only 50 calories per serving.

For a chocolately smooth high protein snack, I add one scoop of chocolate whey protein powder to a half cup of plain Greek yogurt, blend thoroughly with a spoon, and I top it with fresh strawberries and sometimes a little high protein granola. It helps meet my protein goal and squelches the craving monster! 334
