I don't like to see blanks on my fitness tracker so I make myself look at my fitness tracker around 6pm every night and if I haven't walked, I get out and walk just so I don't have a "0" for my fitness hours. It makes me accountable and takes away the excuses that I seem to find so often.

In the 'organizer' option in your cell phone, you have a "Notes" option. Add a new note with your action items, grocery list, tasks, chores, etc. Save the note and in the options for the note, select "Show in stand by mode". This list will be displayed on your cell phone wallpaper.
This helps to stay on track with tasks, things I need to do, buy, follow-up on with regards to work or home, as reminder for anyone I have to call, etc
