I tried this and thought, wow, this is yummy. Now I use if for a quick chocolate fix. I used1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder (not mix) and added some splenda to sweeten and skim milk to top. I cooked the oatmeal first. I could get addicted to this stuff..

Here is what I started doing. It is so good & not hot on a summer morning: Before bedtime, put your 1/2 Cup oatmeal in a bowl. I add hemp, flax & chia seeds for added umph. Then I put 1 tbsp cashew butter (you can use peanut butter), 1 tsp of cocoa, two tsp of agave nectar (you can use splenda) and 3/4 cup milk in a bowl & mix until blended & pour over the oatmeal. I cover & put in the fridge until morning & wa-la you have a creamy cold cereal all ready to go with no prep time. Great for rushed mornings and so yummy.
