After a successful day of tracking food and exercising, I find nothing more motivating than settling down to a good dose of 'Biggest Loser', 'Last 10lb Boot Camp', 'Supersize vs Superskinny' and 'I used to be fat', among other programmes. I set up to record a series and get enjoyment and motivation from watching others succeed at their weight loss goals. I remind myself as often as possible, that 'if they can do it, I can do it!'.
