Everybody knows the feeling of getting on the scale and not seeing results. The scale is stressed out! Take a look at yourself instead. How much better are those pants fitting? How about that shirt that no longer shows belly rolls? How much easier is it to walk up a flight of stairs these days?

MORE INFORMATION:
The whole purpose of doing spark people and losing weight is to improve our bodies and become healthier people. We are doing that every day we eat right and exercise appropriately. So don't stress over the scale, all its going to accomplish is maybe a little more cortisol release, who wants that?

    If you look better and feel better, then you ARE better, even if the numbers on your scale aren't going down.

    The scale isn't moving but my shorts are so lose anything heavier in my pocket than my keys and they might fall off. emoticon
