I used to snack a lot in the evening and now I just stop eating after dinner which is around 5 or 6. I stick to water after that and get on Sparks!
This means that I'm not starving (hungry), if dinner was too light I'd resort to an apple or cucumber sticks.
I used to have a big motivation when it came to going to the gym. The biggest excuse was forgetting workout clothes or not having time to workout. So, I have starting packing my gym bag each evening right after I get home from work. I also went through my day and picked the best time to meet my husband at the gym. If a meeting comes up I pick another time to go to the gym.

i have a friend at work that joined the gym so everyday afterwork we go together, no excuses if one says we dont have the time then we pick another time for the same day but there is no getting out of it. and we look at it as our time being a mother,having families and working we need time for ourselfs
