Whenever we pay cash,we keep the change and put it in a jar. By the end of the year, between my husband and I, we usually have more than $100. Then we either use it for vacation spending money or save it.

when your at the store try to use you cash and keep your change then at the end of the day take all the change from your pocket, wallets and purses and put it in the container you will be suprised how fast it grows
Whenever you pay for something in cash, keep the change in a jar somewhere. Similarly, you can pick a denomination like a $5 or a $10 and every time you get one you put it away. I've done this with a $5 bill, and ended up saving enough in 6 months to pay for a spring break cruise!
