Healthy Choice has new frozen dinners in square boxes that cook with steam. I tried three this week, and they are WONDERFUL! Not as messy as their other steamed meals(with the sloppy two trays), low calorie, whole grain and tasty. I hope they come out with more flavors. Highly recommend!

A quick and easy way to stay on track, I have found that the Healthy Choice Steamer items are the best and most balanced thing out there when it comes to a microwave meal. They do the portioning for you so you can't go wrong.

you can add any herbs or spices or flavorings in the bottom of the steamer,steamed lemon chicken is lovely!
Keep Toss Salad Fresh Longer Use A Silicon Veggie Steamer
I make a big bowl of toss salad and store the left overs in a bowl that has a silicon steamer pressed into the bottom. The steamer I have has little silicon legs so any water that drips off of the salad ends up below the steamer and the leaves stay fresh longer.
Since the steamer is flexible it can be squished into a variety of different size bowls.
