Build a salad bar for the fridge's bottom shelf. After grocery shopping, wash and prep all fresh veggies/fruits. Store attractively chopped, sliced & minced ingredients in clear sealed bags, filed in an easy- to- reach storage box with a tight lid, so you can bring it all out at once.

Healthy choices will be at your fingertips, even if you are tired! Use prepped ingredients to make far more than fresh salads. Similarly prepare & freeze thinly-sliced lean meats and servings of rice. You can then prepare fresh soups, stir fries & casseroles in minutes by adding broth or cheeses!
