I am trying to quit smoking so to help cut back and to eventually quit when i have a craving for cigarette I walk down the 28 stairs from my 3rd floor apartment and walk down the driveway turn around and by the time I get back upstairs the urge to smoke is usaully gone.

I don't taste until I track! I put this rule in place for myself because skipping once is a slippery slope. And by making sure my food is logged before I indulge, I can see how much my choice will "cost" me and make a last minute change if necessary!
I've ditched food at the last minute that should have never made it to my plate because I tracked it first :)
