To make it easier to sneak exercise in throughout the day, I've ditched the heels. It's so much easier to climb up and down the 96 steps in my parking garage, or go for a walk at lunchtime, with comfortable shoes! And my feet thank me big time!

I don't taste until I track! I put this rule in place for myself because skipping once is a slippery slope. And by making sure my food is logged before I indulge, I can see how much my choice will "cost" me and make a last minute change if necessary!

It's so easy to remedy the pain of cracked Heels.Soak Feet in warm Water and pat dry.Make a paste of over ripe Bananas and Olive Oil.Apply generously on the Cracked Heels and massage well for 20-25 minutes.Wash off with warm Water.Regular use will heal the cracked Heels and smoothen them.
