Ditch The Heels!

To make it easier to sneak exercise in throughout the day, I've ditched the heels. It's so much easier to climb up and down the 96 steps in my parking garage, or go for a walk at lunchtime, with comfortable shoes! And my feet thank me big time!

    I would add "ditch the flip flops" too. They are no support for your feet and not good for walking at a fast clip

    I don't understand the heals thing...I never have. I look at them and my head hurts...just thinking about them.

    I agree. I also leave a pair of shoes and socks at work so no excuse not to walk.

    You are my "sole sister!" There is no way to sneak in some extra walking when your feet pay for it! You just have to have comfortable shoes!

    I got rid of my heels years ago. That was the best thing I ever did. Now, I can walk all day and not feel it. Keep up the good work!
