I love to come home from work, put a cup of tea out, set some music, and grab my pictures. I spend 10-15 minutes looking at pictures, drinking my tea, with music I love in the background. It's a great way to relax when you leave work at work and switch to family life.
At first this might sound demeaning/degrading (and it might be), but it worked for me. I felt like I had such a far way to come weight-loss wise that I needed to look at pictures of people who had more to lose than me. So I google imaged various phrases like "fattest woman", "800 pound woman", etc. Seeing that at least I wasn't THAT big made me realize that I can do this! :)
I go on Facebook & look at pictures of girls I know who have bodies I'd like to have. Its so wrong but I know I'm not the only one that does it! It kinda helps me to NOT open the refrigerator when I'm bored at work...
You could do the same thing by Google-ing a celeb you admire!
