Food = fuel. Most times it works. If I am craving something "unhealthy" I tell myself next week if I am craving it I will allow my calories for it and plan. Usually I forget.
Record any TV
Commercials are food breaks for most. there are a lot of FOOD commercials.
When I can't wait a few tips:
Salty: Pickles or Olives have lots of flavor. Not too many due to salt.
Sweet I have SF water ice or jello.
Brush your teeth or chew gum.
