I have recently incorporated stretching into my daily routine. How beneficial! Flexibility helps me more easily perform routine chores & reduces injury. The stretches for my lower back, including piriforms and hamstring, reduce lower back pain, which is not possible with only strength and cardio

I have incorporated stretching into my daily route of cleaning. When I go to make the beds I place my legs one at a time up on our bed and stretch. As I go through the day I stretch while doing my daily chores, when vacuuming I stretch my sides, reach for the stars or cob webs! Be creative STRETCH!
