Normally with my meals I have a side, but usually it's not necessary. So if you're making a sandwich for lunch, tell yourself, I'll eat the sandwich, and if I'm still hungry when I'm done, then I'll have some pretzels. More often than not, you'll forget all about the side which cuts calories!

Know which items are immovable objects in your financial plan (rent or mortgage, utilities, etc.) Those are fixed and can't be changed. Everything else is up for grabs. Can you negotiate lower interest rates on loans and credit cards? Cut your grocery bill? Every bit helps.
A good start to stay positive is to reflect on the times that you were unstoppable in some point of your life. Retrieve that information and rebuild. Keeping in mind that your mind body and spirit have to have goals to make everything unite. 104
