    I love this idea and I used to do it all the time to "Mama Mia", sing-a-long effect of course, and could easily get in an hour of aerobics with the fast songs alone. I would do continue after the song was over until I had a five min. interval and there are three or four songs that run into 15 min. straight. I used to do it everyday and with this "secret" I am going to start again TODAY! Thank you.

    I have to agree. Dancing is an awesome way to get fit. It not only makes you feel good, but is actually really fun. It can be as simple as turning on a music channel on tv or even following a dance instruction video.
