For two year I have struggled with getting organized, now I am doing it one room at a time. Each room I write down what I need to get organized, then I write down what I need to get organize. I now have an action plan and it is working. Before I was buying things like small boxes or totes. It didn't work. Because I did not put down what I want and need to get organized.
Getting organized helps lower stress in your life go through house whenever you have time and get rid of all that stuff you don't need. What is left decide how you want to store these items. I have a small house with little storage space so decorative baskets are perfect for me. I have beautiful baskets with lids that we store movie cases, cords, craft items, etc. Make you life more organized and love the way it looks too.
