Take A Breath




When I start feeling overwhelmed or like I am not going to be able to accomplish what I need to accomplish - I force myself to stop and take a deep breath. This slows me down from continue on a downward spiral into depressing myself. That deep breath allows me to re-focus and find strength and peace

  • This is a good thing to teach children. If a very young child is upset he can learn to stop, take a deep breath, and calm down. It will help as he grows into adulthood. - by CLAIREMC65
