Setting mini goals and deadlines based on upcoming events is motivating.
I like to dangle carrots in front of me to keep me going in the right direction. Good carrots for me are, upcoming social events, like family reunions and weddings. Sometimes it's just knowing I'm going to see someone I don't see very often. Hope it helps you too!306
Using the Message Boards, besides the fun loving Game Room, has been great for me. I've learned from the site/specific posts, fitness, cafe and all the posts I venture onto. It's really helpful and a great resource.252
