As you start to make changes in your fitness and your nutrition your mind WILL rebel on you. Those voices in your head are what has kept you from losing weight (or gaining it back) in the past. Find a balanced plan that appeals to you and follow it - no excuses. You will find success! =)

MORE INFORMATION:
A balanced plan includes one with a calorie range that will allow you to have the FUEL to do your workouts and strength training 3 to 5 times per week. Do not choose any plan that eliminates a full food group or nutrition type (i.e. removing all carbs). You will NOT find long term success. =)
