Apple cider vinegar really helps you lose extra pounds. I used to drink 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 8 ounces of water, 3 times a day before my meals and the weight started to pour off.

    Actually, you should start with 2 oz. of pure unsweetened cranberry juice...the kind you get in the healthy food section at the grocery store. The ingredients will say cranberry juice and water...nothing more. Next, you add 4 to 6 oz's of spring water and lemon, at least a tablespoon of lemon, plus 1 to 2 teaspoons of Braggs apple cider vinagar. You can add a little stevia if you like...It's wonderful for cleansing the liver, kidney's and really it's just plain good for you. - by DELORIESJ
