I mix wheat chex type cereal, peanuts and berries (usually blueberries) together for a healthy, protein filled "finger" breakfast I can eat in the car on the way to work in the morning. What I don't finish there I finish on break.
I never have time for breakfast because I leave at 5AM, but the 45 minute drive gives me time to snack on the mixture, and you can do it while keeping your attention on the road. Add a juice and you have a pretty well balanced meal.

I use to not eat breakfast, even when working out, then one day I went out with my family for a healthy breakfast before my work out, and was able to go twice as long as usual. I now eat a healthy breakfast every morning.
Multi grain cherios and a hard boiled egg, have been my breakfast of choice latly.
