I try to do zumba most days of the week for exercise because I absolutely LOVE it! It makes it so much easier to get to class because not only do I need to go but I WANT to go!

i find that even 20 minutes of exercise a day helps me to enjoy life. i aim for at least 60 minutes of exercise a day. i find that regular exercise gives me energy,strength and patience. find something you enjoy doing and make it a regular part of your day.
Exercise should be fun, whether alone or with friends, you should enjoy yourself in whatever you do. With so many different sports, classes and other activities out there, you'ra bound to find something you enjoy. 30
