Instead of diving right into the deep waters, I decided to focus on ONE change at at time. I started with EXERCISE since adding exercise was a healthy option that wouldn't 'deprive' me of what I LOVE the most, FOOD! lol It's been ONE month today and I am down 12 big ones!!
Month 2 I will focus a little more on my diet. I will decrease the amount of foods instead of changing the types or kinds of foods that I am eating. For example, instead of a whole cheesesteak, I will eat half. Month 3 I plan to add another change. Maybe I will ADD salads or more veggies..
