Focus On One Change At A Time!

Instead of diving right into the deep waters, I decided to focus on ONE change at at time. I started with EXERCISE since adding exercise was a healthy option that wouldn't 'deprive' me of what I LOVE the most, FOOD! lol It's been ONE month today and I am down 12 big ones!!

MORE INFORMATION:
Month 2 I will focus a little more on my diet. I will decrease the amount of foods instead of changing the types or kinds of foods that I am eating. For example, instead of a whole cheesesteak, I will eat half. Month 3 I plan to add another change. Maybe I will ADD salads or more veggies..

    It's funny but I started the same way. So I started with changing my eating habits at night. I saw a pound or two drop. I then changed day eating habits in week 2. I then added weekend exercising in week 3. Then added another cardio day mid week in week 4. I added 1 day of weight training in week 5. This week, I find my "drive" to stick with more of a daily exercise to be in place. Thanks for the "secret"! emoticon
