I try to mix up the foods I eat. I try to eat smaller meals more often. Lots of different foods. It helps me feel less deprived. I also enjoy the hungry girl cookbook lots of low calorie recipes.

    Yes! I've had the most success by eating 5 - 6 small meals each day.
