I am a HUGE snacker and I find that if I buy pre-packaged snacks (bad for the environment, I know) instead of a whole box I can watch my portions better. I buy the kids lunch servings of Cheez-its instead of a box...I feel ok having a small bag rather than eating a handful out of the box! :)

    I'LL BUY A LARGE BAG OF SNACKS AND WHEN I GET HOME I DIVIDE THEM INTO INDIVIDUAL SERVING SIZES IN SMALL BAGGIES WHICH REALLY WORKS OUT FOR ME.

    I also buy the big bag and the snack ziplock bags and portion them out using my food scale.

    that is always my problem LUV...i know what it looks like but the food is there open so i will eat it! lol and DAFFY...that is a really good idea. not that it hadn't crossed my mind...i'm just lazy sometimes. :)

    I agree absolutely. I can eat the contents of one individual package - or the contents of a whole box!

    I've gotten pretty good at figuring out what a "snack" portion is from an entire package/box/bag etc. I may not stick to it, but at least I can gauge how many "snack" portions I've had.
