    i will do oatmeal w boiled egg or slice of turkey bacon

i will do whole wheat toast with peanut butter

    Try adding some Fiber & Protein to your Breakfast. Or save a part of your Breakfast~~a bowl of fruit or some yogurt~~for a mid morning snack.

    can you give me soem examples.. Im having trouble staying full with my regular cereal or oatmeal.
