When I make a quiche or pie, I use cottage cheese as the bottom layer sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

    I'll have to try this version of pie crust. I usually use crushed almonds. Thanks for the suggestion.

    I will try this for sure. I bet it is good with fruit topping baked on top; I am thinking apples with cinnamon.
