Due to a busy day schedule, I tend to workout late at night. Once I'm done, I want to take in some protein to help my muscles out, but I have to go to sleep soon and don't want to eat a meal right before showering/sleeping. My solution? I drink a cup of milk! Not many calories, not harsh on the stomach, and it has 8g of protein. Drinking it warm helps me relax before going to sleep.
Every night I go to bed envisioning how I am going to feel when I wake up in the morning. I picture myself eating healthy and exercising. Always seeing the positive thing I am doing to keep me motivated like: I exercised today (15) minutes. I drank 8 glasses of water I parked the car further away and walked. Every hour I get up to do something. It all adds up and by the time I go to sleep I am smiling and looking forward to the next day.
The benefit for me is everyday starts of as a great day and I go to sleep feeling I have accomplished so much.
