Go to bed at a reasonable time. I try to be in bed by 9pm. This way I don't have to fight against midnight snacking because I'm already sleep. emoticon

More Information:

Don't watch tv in bed, it will keep you woke and late night food commercials are hard to resist., especially when you're tired. emoticon
