You start your day, it is not what you want, fall into it or say no I am going to beat this. Really how many people over 50 wake up feeling super maybe some days but we all have those little aches and pains or big ones. We have to push ourselves more than the young and we don't stop easily. Smile

Even if I think that I should always appear strong, the fact is that I am not always strong. By sharing my vulnerabilities with people I can trust, I allow myself to see how I can strengthen those weaknesses or at the very least release some of their power over my consciousness.
When things get stressful and tense. I go outside and imagine myself as the ocean. Feeling the air around me, I try to remember what it was like swimming in the ocean on vacation. I tell myself I am calm, I am relax, ever changing but always strong.
