If you focus on what you are doing right instead of what you are doing wrong you motivate and inspire others. If at the end of the day you have binged but wrote it down , THAT is a victory! Ask yourself, "would I have done that a year ago?" One step at a time! Celebrate!

The scale isn't the only tool I use to measure my success! I celebrate all victories! Some of the victories I've celebrated have been staying consistent with my food diary, taking my daily vitamins, making sure I drink at least 64oz of water per day. Positive thinking and consistency is the key!30
