At first I hated to go to the gym. SO I learned to plan a healthy snack that I loved for my after gym time. Now when I exercise, I can look forward to that VIta Top muffin top with peanut butter or whatever enjoyable snack I have planned and it keeps me going.

Statistics are showing that eating less meat is beneficial. To aid w/weight loss, learn to incorporate 1 meatless meal a week in our diet. A family will maybe learn to enjoy trying new vegetables & other low fat ways to take in protein. Also, get the family involved w/helping to prepare that meal
Give yourself 5 days of drinking coffee black and you'll find that it isn't so bad without the sugar and creamer. You have to go a full 5 days (no cheating) to learn to enjoy it.
