When I find myself getting off track, I often say "Well, I've botched this week, so I'll start eating healthy again on Monday". What a way to ensure self-sabotage! No longer say I will be happy when... or Ill be happy if...We don't know how many tomorrows we get. Look past whatever problems come up and love yourself right now, just the way you are! It's a good tool for stopping self sabotage too.
