So I have a foot injury, but I didn't want to slow down on the cardio and I hate a treadmill. I did some research and found three different exercises to put together and my heart rate goes up!! It does the job and the best part is, no treadmill!!
The three exercises I do:
1. "One Arm Snatches"
3. Guerrilla Push-ups
I do about 10-15 reps for each exercise and three sets of each, if I can last that long!!
