So I have a foot injury, but I didn't want to slow down on the cardio and I hate a treadmill. I did some research and found three different exercises to put together and my heart rate goes up!! It does the job and the best part is, no treadmill!!
The three exercises I do: 1. "One Arm Snatches" 2. Lunges 3. Guerrilla Push-ups
I do about 10-15 reps for each exercise and three sets of each, if I can last that long!!

Sometimes a "bite" is all we need. If my children are eating something scrumptious and I'm feeling tempted, I will enjoy a heaping tablespoon full and walk away from the pot. There are times when I feel "in control" enough to do this and others, I don't...it's trial and error but has helped me tremendously. We don't always need to "overeat" our favorite foods. We may just need a bit or a piece or a bite. 41
When I go out to eat I always ask for them to put the dressing on the side. That way I can dip my lettuce into it and control how much I use. I don't like to pour it over either because I always seem to never need as much as I poured on, and thus have added a lot more calories than I needed. The only time I pour dressing over my salad is at home, after I've measured it.
