Since I love gatorade and usually down the whole bottle within minutes, I took one of my empty bottles and filled it with water. Each bottle is 32oz, so by freezing my water and drinking 2 full bottles a day. I am getting my (8) 8 oz of water intake in matter of minutes.

One thing I've started doing is taking a bottle of water in the car with me. When I get to a stop light I take a sip of water and depending on the length of the drive, by the time I get to my destination I have already drank at least a cup of water and am that much closer to getting my water intake for the day.91
I know this is going to sound crazy, but here goes...I often struggle with getting my water intake in. It's not that I don't like water, in fact it is all I drink, beside my morning coffee! So I have set up my spark page calendar reminder to go off every hr to remind me to drink a glass of water
Sugar free popsicles are great- ALL DAY LONG between meals, if you have an inclination to snack. Also, SF jello, plain broth, herbal teas. You can make flavored ice by adding a drop of lime or lemon juice and some Splenda into water and putting it into ice cube trays. No high carb snacks!9
The SF popsicles have 15 calories per stick. If you even ate 20 a day, that would only increase your calories by 300. Compare it to eating higher calorie snacks, and this comes out ahead. Also, you are getting your water intake. Some people HATE to drink plain water. PROPEL good, too.306
