I recently discovered that I usually eat high fat sugary foods when I'm stressed out. I needed to change my game plan. I bought a mini trampoline. Now I bounce instead of eating a bag of chips. My study breaks are now trampoline breaks, instead of binge opportunities.

This is such a great idea! I was so stressed today that I went out and ate half a piece of cheesecake (over 500 calories!) I'm going to go get myself a trampoline tomorrow (do you know if there's a weight limit to them?)

How is that trampoline? Does it burn calories? I could do that and watch TV.
